Getting Your Business or Hobby Online
Getting Your Business or Hobby Online
Russ Larsen – Taking Aim Marketing – shows you how to establish a web presence for your business or hobby. He shows you why your web site needs to be built on a platform that will allow YOU to add and change it yourself – without paying a webmaster each time.
Russ actually creates a web page at the first of the webinar, then shows you how it ranks #1 in google, within 7 minutes of publishing the page to the web!
You will also learn the proper structure of a web page or blog post – to get search engine rankings quickly.
You also get to see the dashboard and see how easy it is to add pictures, text and more to your own web site.

Very good webinar/training. It’s good to see and hear someone that is keeping up with the changes on the Web.
Question; How do you make you “Home Page” the default of your blog and not the last “Post”?
Thanks again
Randy W Perry
Randy,
Here’s how you do it.
Create a page named Home – put your page content on it, then publish.
Create a blank page named Blog – or Latest News – or whatever you want to call it.
Look under settings, reading – select A STATIC PAGE – Set front page to Home. Then select Post page and set to a page that you want to show your latest posts.
This will set a static page for your home page and another page for your latest posts.
Hope this helps.
Russ
